I was talking to my best friend on video chat after school. As we continued the conversation, I decided to go take a shower. Even though I knew the camera was on, it was not on my mind that she would take advantage. Our friendship was at such a high level that I didn’t think she would do anything bad to me.
However, she abused my trust. She started recording me and then spread everything in our class’s closed chat group. I can’t even express how much bullying followed that.
After I saw that the photos and videos that my best friend sent out in our class’s closed group in Viber, my heart started beating like crazy. I couldn’t believe that the person I trusted so much was capable of doing such thing.
The next few days at school were the worst of my life. Every break, every spare minute, even during class, was filled with taunts, stares and mean comments. Everyone laughed and stared at me.
I talked to my teachers, my parents and the school psychologist.
